Create an account through our FACTS portal to begin your child’s application. You can save your progress and return at any time before submitting.

A non-refundable $150 application and screening fee must accompany each child’s application. You will receive an email confirming your submission.

Additional Items Needed to Apply:
Birth Certificate · Immunization Record · Teacher Recommendation · Transcripts (1st-8th)

St. Luke’s accepts admission applications year-round, including for mid-year entry. We work closely with families to make the admissions process as simple and welcoming as possible.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition includes textbooks, technology, yearbook, school pictures, most school supplies, and local field trips. Tuition does not include sports fees, extended care, hot lunch, overnight class trips, or after-school activities.

Tuition and fees are a binding obligation according to the enrollment contract for the entire school year, regardless of withdrawal.

We use FACTS for all billing and payments. A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed on late payments.
Tuition Assistance
The investment in a quality education for your child now is an investment that will last a lifetime. Our faculty, staff, and Board of Trustees are committed to working with families who value a St. Luke's education, but may be unable to afford the full cost of tuition.
