Opportunities All Week Long

There are so many ways to show appreciation—from thoughtful, student-made gifts to a basket full of favorite things! Check out the daily themes and suggested activities below to help us celebrate our amazing faculty all week long.

Monday & Tuesday – A Downpour of Blooms

Let’s shower our teachers with flowers! Each staff member will receive a vase to collect a “downpour of blooms” from students. Have your child bring a flower stem or two on Monday or Tuesday morning to help fill those vases with appreciation.

Short on time? No worries—avoid the thunderous task of a store run! Fresh stems sponsored by Billy Heroman’s will be available for purchase in the Lower and Middle School offices for just $2 per stem.

Wednesday & Thursday – We Are Blown Away by Our Teachers

Their impact blows us away every single day! On Wednesday, let’s send a gust of gratitude their way. Have your child create something handmade to show their appreciation—this could be a heartfelt card, a creative craft, or a sweet poem listing their favorite things about their teacher. Simple, personal touches go a long way!

Friday – A Breeze of Thoughtfulness

Let’s wrap up the week with a breeze of appreciation! Families are encouraged to shower teachers with their favorite things—from sweet treats to thoughtful gifts inspired by their “Teacher Favorites” lists.
