2012-2013 Admission Calendar

Applications to St. Luke’s Episcopal Day School are accepted throughout the calendar year for the current year or future years of admission. All applicants must be screened/tested and a completed admission folder must be on file before a decision of acceptance can be made. Our screening/testing program assesses readiness, intelligence, and achievement. Please refer to the dates below in preparation for this year’s admission.

Open House	Campus Visits

"Preview St. Luke's"	Prospective families are encouraged to visit our campus at
Tuesday, October 18, 2011	one of our Open Houses or by scheduling a private tour.
9:00 am - 1:00pm

Middle School Open House	You may call the Admission Office at (225) 927-8601 to
Wednesday, October 5th, 2011	schedule a convenient time to visit our campus. Middle
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm	School applicants may schedule a 1/2 day visit to shadow a
	current middle school student.

Screening/Testing	Decision Dates

Enrollment
2012-2013 contracts will be issued in January or upon acceptance if after January. The signed contract and all required fees are due February 1, 2012, or seven days after acceptance. All contracts are binding as of April 1, 2012. Withdrawal of the contract must be made by March 31, 2012.
