A Message from the Head of School

Thank you for viewing St. Luke’s Episcopal School’s website. We are and have been a full-service parochial school in the Episcopalian tradition, meeting the philosophical, spiritual, and emotional needs of our students since 1957. St. Luke’s believes that every child can and will learn, and that every child is important. We put this philosophy into practice through the way we nurture and support our students in their educational endeavors.

Our unique Pre-K through 8th grade structure allows students to stay in the same school environment for 11 years.  Our educational approach encourages students to think for themselves and to explore nontraditional areas of interest through research and engaging in hands-on projects. In addition to our robust curriculum, students are provided opportunities to enrich their educational experience. From our wide range of elective courses, including art, music, cooking and more, to participation in our extracurricular activities and athletic program, St. Luke’s students graduate eighth grade as well-rounded individuals ready for high school and beyond.

The best way to discover St. Luke’s is by experiencing our campus in person.  Please contact Barbara Simmons, Director of Admissions if you have questions or want to tour the school. I assure you our best promoters of the school are the students themselves.  We would love for you to visit St. Luke’s and observe our students in action.

Thanks again for taking the time to visit our website.  I look forward to meeting all potential new families. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email if I can assist you in any way.

Sincerely,
